60 Minutes live interactive yoga session in the morning
(5 days a week)
40 minutes of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, meticulously crafted to harmonize physical health and balance masculine and feminine energies (ideal for beginners). Followed by 10 minutes of soothing breathing exercises and restorative asanas to nurture emotional well-being. Engage in insightful discussions on yogic lifestyle habits, cleansing kriyas, and philosophical Q&A for another 10 minutes. On the 5th day, immerse yourself in a dedicated Pranayama and Meditation session to cultivate mindfulness, self connection & awareness

In the first week, we establish a strong foundation to support your practice and daily life. We begin by exploring Sookshm Yog and Surya Namaskar, which activate the body and mind. Pelvic opening asanas and backbends enhance flexibility and strength. You'll gain insights into Pranayama, a crucial aspect of breath and energy management, through the teachings of Greeshaji. We'll also delve into understanding the key energies of the body, helping you become more attuned to your physical and mental states. The program teaches you how to stay focused and mindful beyond the mat, incorporating mindfulness into every part of your life.
Additionally, we’ll cover posture correction—learning the basics of how to sit, walk, and move for optimal body alignment. Finally, you'll explore the rich Yogic wisdom that guides the deeper aspects of the practice, fostering balance and inner peace. Week 1 sets the stage for a transformative journey in yoga.
Anushasan - The Development of Discipline
In Week 2, we introduce the concept of Anushasan, the development of discipline in yoga. This week, we follow a structured and consistent sequence that includes Asana, Pranayama, and Chanting. You'll revisit and strengthen the practices from Week 1, reinforcing the foundations laid previously, while adding new elements to deepen your practice. We'll explore the yogic significance of AUM, understanding its profound impact on energy and consciousness. A dedicated session on Kriyas will guide you through detoxification techniques to cleanse and rejuvenate the body, enhancing overall well-being. New Pranayama techniques will be introduced to enhance your understanding of breath and energy flow. Week 2 focuses on building discipline, deepening your practice, and integrating the powerful teachings of yoga into daily life.
Tapas - Cultivating Your Inner Strength and Potential
In Week 3, we embrace Tapas, nurturing the fire within by cultivating strength and pushing towards your peak potential. This week is filled with high-energy activity drills designed to challenge you and push you out of your comfort zone. We'll build upon everything learned in the previous weeks, intensifying and adding new elements to create a progressive practice. More yogic wisdom will be introduced, along with advanced detoxification Kriyas to cleanse and energize the body. Week 3 encourages growth, strength, and resilience as you tap into your full potential.
Anushthan - Cultivating Steadiness in Body and Mind
In Week 4, Anushthan focuses on bringing steadiness (sthirta) to both your body and mind. You'll learn the art of stillness in the body and thoughts, discovering the power of surrender and slowing down. This week will show you how yoga works on the nervous system and how you can take charge of it to create greater balance. Pranayama will be taken to a deeper level, along with enhanced detoxification practices and asana abhyas (practice), helping you solidify the progress you've made on your yoga journey.

No, This program is not for Pregnant Women.

Yes, absolutely, these guided classes are designed keeping the beginners in mind. All practices are taught from the fundamentals to make it easier for first timers to adapt. For regular practitioners, these classes can be a fresh perspective towards learning holistic yoga

Recording available till last day of current batch, You can follow the link to practise at your convenient time keeping 2-3 hours meal gap from the practice

If the physical injury is 1-2 months old then avoid practising online, go for offline classes. If it has been more than 4-5 months, you can join this program by following adjustments taught in class.

Yoga practices are highly impactful if followed consistently. It can help restore balance to a greater extent in combination with a healthy lifestyle and mindset. Reversal of disease depends upon multiple factors, however, this program will help you manage these diseases effectively.
